House Rules
**IMPORTANT** Please make sure you read and comply with these rules:
NO smoking inside
NO shoes inside
- this is a NO shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry. There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes A LOT of extra time to clean.
NO pets of any kind, no exceptions
NO excessive guests
NO charging of electric vehicles
NO mailing packages to our address
NO parties or events
NO illegal substances on premises
ALWAYS make sure the hot tub cover is put back on after each use.
- please respect the community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM! Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. We must respect the peace of the community! Thank you.
PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING. Held against security deposit and claim will be filed with Airbnb.
** Pets on property without our permission: $250
** Hot Tub needs to be drained & cleaned as a result of being negligent or leaving the cover off: $150
** Stolen/damaged towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size
** Stains on rugs: $10 per stain
** Smoking inside: $150
** Late Checkout Past 11 AM without our consent: $75
** Excessive Guests more than reservation: $50 per guest
** Excessive Cleaning if place is left filthy with trash everywhere: $150
** Grill left uncleaned: $25
** Charging electric vehicle without our permission: $500
You must also acknowledge:
Must climb stairs
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500
